The food is incredible and so is the coffee ☕️ 🕌 Sofia Mosque Just a short walk away, visit Sofia Mosque, the only mosque in the city! 💧 Ancient Hot Springs Right nearby, fill up your bottle at the ancient hot springs, the water is naturally warm and perfectly safe to drink which is cool! 🏛 Ancient Serdica Ruins Continue to the Ancient Serdica Cultural Complex where you’ll find incredible underground ruins hidden beneath the modern city, such a cool contrast between old and new. 🎨 Royal Palace, National Art Gallery & Ethnographic Museum A few minutes walk away is the Royal Palace, which is home to both the National Art Gallery and the Ethnographic Museum perfect if you fancy a slow wander indoors to escape the rain ⛪ Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker Then stop by the Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker. It’s beautiful both inside and out, and has a really peaceful atmosphere. 🏰 Alexander Nevsky Cathedral End your sightseeing at Sofia’s most iconic landmark, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, probably the most photographed spot in Sofia so of course take some photos here 🍷 Dinner at MoMa Finish your day with dinner at MoMa, which easily became my favourite restaurant in Sofia. Gorgeous interiors, authentic Bulgarian dishes and one of the best meals of our whole trip!
