Mermerli Beach is a dazzling lesser-known beach in the center of Antalya within the old town of Kaleiçi and is the closest spot from Tuvana Hotel (8 minute walk). It’s an attractive pebble cove for those who want to spend the day lounging in the sun or take a dip in the smooth sea to cool off. You can snorkel and check out the visible sea life such as small fish swimming around you. Before you go, understand that it is a private beach with an entrance fee.  If you’re looking for a public (free) beach, you can visit Lara Beach or Konyaaltı Beach.

Once you arrive, there’s an entrance fee that you must pay through the restaurant to access the beach and rent towels for an additional cost. The initial fee includes the ability to use sun loungers, umbrellas, and showers.

There’s quite a bit of stairs to go down in order to reach the beach from Mermerli restaurant. It’s a great spot to stop and get pictures of the entire scenery before heading down for a sun lounger. Once you arrive, a staff member will show you which areas are available. The beach is certainly picturesque and pleasant with lovely blue waters and no harsh waves. You may see some rocks in the sea that you can sit on to relax and enjoy as well.

Mermerli Beach is a picturesque cove perfect for adults and groups who want to visit a lesser-known beach in Antalya. The water is ideal for snorkeling in shallow waters. While the beach can be considered costly due to the entrance fees, it’s certainly a unique location to go for a swim and check out the sea life! Don’t forget your towel, snorkel equipment, and drinks to avoid paying additional costs at the restaurant. Adults can enjoy a fantastic time here kicking back and enjoying what this place has to offer.
