LOUIX LOUIS is a luxurious dining experience located on the 31st floor of The St. Regis Toronto, in the heart of the Financial District. The restaurant features a striking interior inspired by Toronto’s historic distillery district, designed to resemble the inside of a crystal whiskey glass. The grand two-story bar, filled with over 500 bottles of dark spirits, serves as a stunning centrepiece, while the 60-foot ceiling mural titled "Bouquet of Whisky," painted by local artist Madison van Rijn, adds a unique artistic touch inspired by Canadian whisky.
The menu offers a sophisticated blend of French and American cuisine with signature dishes like truffle chicken, lobster risotto, and caviar.
