Limnoupolis Waterpark, also known as Aqua Creta Limnoupolis, is a popular waterpark located about 7 km southwest of Chania, Crete. Situated at the foot of the White Mountains, the park covers 65,000 square meters and offers a wide variety of attractions for all ages. The central pool spans 1,500 square meters with a deep end reaching 3.8 meters, creating a swimming experience similar to the sea. Around the pool area, visitors can relax on sunbeds and under umbrellas while enjoying refreshments from the pool bar.

The park features numerous water slides and rides, including favourites like the Free Fall, Triple Twist, Black Hole, Crazy River, and Giant Slide. For younger guests, there’s a dedicated children's pool with mini slides, a play tower, and a large water-splashing barrel. Visitors can also enjoy the 206-meter Lazy River for a peaceful float through the lush park surroundings. Additional entertainment options include football fields, a playground, and mini motorbikes for kids, ensuring fun activities beyond the water attractions.

Limnoupolis operates daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM during May through September. Ticket prices range from about €18 to €27.50 for all-day access, with discounted rates for children between 110 cm and 155 cm tall, seniors over 60, and escorts of disabled visitors. Children under 110 cm enter free. Afternoon tickets are also available at lower prices. The park offers amenities such as a restaurant, fast food outlets, a bar on an artificial island, sunbeds and umbrellas at no extra cost, changing rooms, lockers, and a first aid centre. It is easily reachable by car, taxi, local bus, or even a tourist train from nearby holiday villages. Visitors typically spend several hours here, making it a great family-friendly destination near Chania.
