Description
Located at 33 Avenue des Baumettes, the museum is housed in a 19th-century neoclassical villa surrounded by a tranquil garden. Established in 1928, it showcases a diverse collection spanning six centuries, including works by renowned artists such as Rodin, Delaunay, and Chéret himself. The museum also features temporary exhibitions, enriching the cultural experience for visitors.
The museum operates with varying hours depending on the season:
May 2 – October 31: Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
November 1 – April 30: Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
It is closed on Mondays and on January 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, and December 25. Admission fees are as follows:

4-day museum pass: €15, granting access to 10 municipal museums and galleries
Free entry is available for visitors under 18, students, job seekers, individuals with disabilities, teachers, journalists, and other eligible categories with ID. The museum is accessible by public transport, with bus line 38 and tram line L2 serving the area. Please note that the museum does not have an elevator, and the first floor is accessible only via stairs. Pushchairs are not allowed on the first floor, but can be left at reception.
