Copenhagen Falcons is a community-focused ice hockey and skating club based in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The club operates out of Ørestad Skøjtehal, conveniently located near Royal Arena and Field’s shopping centre, just a 5-minute walk from Ørestad Metro and train stations. Copenhagen Falcons is a member of the Danish Ice Hockey Union and is recognized as a public educational association by the City of Copenhagen.
The club offers a wide range of programs for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to experienced players. Training sessions are held daily at Ørestad Skøjtehal, with teams such as the Falcons 1, 2, and 3, as well as the Broken Wings, Peregrines, and Phoenix. Additionally, the club provides public skating sessions and skate rentals. For younger children, programs like "Falkereden" cater to beginners up to 9 years old, while older youth can join teams like the Gyrfalcons.
Copenhagen Falcons emphasizes fun, development, and community, with a strong focus on healthy values and teamwork. The club's colors are grey and black, and players are expected to wear black helmets, pants, and gloves, with grey or black jerseys for games. All coaches and team leaders are certified by the Danish Ice Hockey Union and undergo background checks before working with children.
