Scotiabank Theatre Toronto, formerly known as the Paramount Theatre, is a prominent cinema complex located at 259 Richmond Street West in the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District. Opened in 1999, it was the first major movie theatre built in downtown Toronto south of Bloor Street in 14 years. The theatre is part of the RioCan Hall and is owned by Cineplex Entertainment, with the building and land owned by RioCan.
