421 Arts Campus, formerly known as Warehouse421, is a dynamic cultural institution situated in the Mina Zayed district of Abu Dhabi. Established in 2015, it has evolved into a pivotal platform for emerging artists and creative practitioners in the UAE and the broader region. Housed in a repurposed warehouse, the campus features exhibition galleries, artist studios, co-working spaces, a library, a café, and a public outdoor plaza. This multifunctional space hosts a year-round program of exhibitions, talks, workshops, and special events, fostering a vibrant community for artistic exchange and critical dialogue.
421 Arts Campus is renowned for its commitment to supporting early to mid-career artists through various initiatives. The Artist Residency Program offers selected artists dedicated studio spaces, mentorship, and opportunities for research and development of new works. The 2025 residency cohort includes artists such as Khaled Esguerra, Moza Almazrouei, and Reem AlHashmi, who engage in creative exploration and community engagement during their residency periods. Additionally, the Artistic Development Program provides grants and support for ambitious projects, culminating in solo exhibitions within the campus's galleries.
