The park is open year-round, operating Mondays to Wednesdays from 12:00 to 18:00, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 to 18:00, and weekends and public holidays from 10:00 to 18:00. Tickets cost SGD 30 for a one-hour session or SGD 50 for two hours. An optional SGD 2 weather insurance is available for rescheduling in case of lightning interruptions. Proper swimwear is required, and all jewellery must be removed to ensure safety on the course.
